Gordon Food Service seeks a committed Customer Care Specialist to provide support to clients. You will assist with everyday inquiries, order processing, and provide delivery support using E-Commerce technologies.
Your role may also include mentoring new staff and was tailored to enhance customer experiences and operations routinely.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide efficient customer service via phone, email, SMS, and chat
• Assist District Sales Representatives with business process knowledge
• Arrange exception deliveries in cooperation with transportation departments
• Process credits and manage Invoice inquiries as needed
• Help with Recall Communication Management when necessary
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent with 1 year customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Familiarity with the Food service industry is a plus
