Elevate your career at Activate as Customer Experience Facilitator! In our Calgary South West location, you will ensure players enjoy seamless gameplay in a vibrant environment.
This part-time, permanent position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a social and lively setting. You'll be guiding players, supporting their needs, and handling check-ins while exemplifying excellence.
Your role will be key in maintaining a clean and enjoyable gaming area.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist customers upon arrival
• Facilitate engaging gaming sessions for participants
• Monitor gameplay and provide assistance as needed
• Manage cash and transaction processes accurately
• Ensure cleanliness throughout the facility and gaming areas
Requirements:
• One year of customer service experience is an asset
• Must be flexible with evening and weekend shifts
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Friendly and outgoing demeanor a must
• Availability for shifts between 8 am to 1 am
