You will play an essential role in managing client accounts by serving as their main point of contact. Your responsibilities include relationship management, strategic insights, and tailoring services based on client needs. By understanding industry trends and client requirements, you will help clients optimize their use of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain regular communication with clients
• Facilitate successful onboarding and training sessions
• Monitor account health and propose improvements
• Collaborate across departments to resolve issues
• Prepare clear, actionable reports for clients
Requirements:
• 2–5 years in customer relationship management
• Strong communication skills across organizational levels
• Results-oriented with solid analytical abilities
• Understanding of compliance and health & safety issues
• Experience with similar platforms is an asset
