Become a key part of the customer experience at Woodbine Entertainment Group as a Wagering Ambassador. Help guests understand and enjoy wagering with expert guidance.
In this dynamic role, you will actively engage guests with our hand-held betting systems, providing support and education on wagering. Your enthusiasm for horse racing will excite customers while ensuring they receive top-notch service. You'll play a pivotal role in enhancing customer loyalty through exceptional interactions and engagement with various promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide proactive and friendly customer engagement
• Cash and sell tickets on AM Tote Terminals
• Respond to questions about events and marketing
• Advocate usage of HPI account and machines
• Walk through dining areas to promote wagering
Requirements:
• Strong background in customer service
• Familiarity with Amtote equipment is a plus
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain composure in busy settings
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
