In this full-time role, you will focus on the sales aspect of the PBS v10 Apex software. Your mission is to assist customers in deploying, adopting, and optimizing their use of the software, ensuring they gain confidence and operational efficiency. You will provide virtual training sessions, support through the entire deployment process, and maintain ongoing customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support dealership operations with PBS v10 Apex effective use
• Conduct virtual training sessions to enhance customer adoption
• Follow up post-training for long-term customer success
• Identify gaps in software usage and provide guidance
• Write tickets and investigate issues to enhance service
Requirements:
• Fluent in French and English, spoken and written
• 1–2 years in a car dealership, focusing on sales
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and new software tools
• Strong presentation, customer service, and documentation skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
Excel in this bilingual role, driving software adoption and operational success in the automotive industry.
