In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, addressing inquiries and ensuring efficient communication within the residence. Strong attention to detail, customer service, and conflict resolution skills are essential for success in making a positive impact on residents' lives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer phones and greet visitors with professionalism
• Handle mail distribution and outgoing correspondence
• Interact positively with residents and their families
• Relay messages to appropriate service team members
• Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
