This full-time position combines customer interaction with administrative duties to support the sales team effectively. You will be responsible for order management, technical coordination with engineering, and ensuring positive customer experiences through efficient service. Your bilingual capabilities will be vital in addressing inquiries and support needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage sales order entry and process accurately
• Collaborate with various departments for airtime activations
• Address customer service inquiries and billing questions
• Expedite orders based on customer needs
• Attend to sales representatives during their absence
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year in a sales support or admin role
• Fluent in both French and English
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Must have a valid passport for U.S. travel
