As a valued member of the Fan Experience and Security Department, you’ll serve as the welcoming face of CSEC venues. This role emphasizes customer interaction and requires strong communication skills to ensure a smooth experience for fans. You will assist with ticket taking, security screenings, and way finding, ensuring each event exceeds guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome fans and assist them with ticket taking

• Guide guests during security screening for smooth entry

• Provide venue information to enhance the fan experience

• Solve problems collaboratively with your supervisor

• Communicate effectively with leadership and command teams

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service roles

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Experience managing crowds in dynamic environments
