Pay: From CA $18.00 per hour

Grand Touring Automobiles Calgary is seeking a polished and professional Part-Time Receptionist to support our front‑of‑house operations on Saturdays. This role is the first point of contact for our guests and plays a key part in delivering a refined, welcoming, and seamless customer experience in a luxury automotive environment.

The ideal candidate is warm, organized, and confident in a fast‑paced, high‑end setting. You take pride in presentation and understand the importance of creating an exceptional first impression.

Responsibilities
  • Greet all guests and clients with professionalism and a welcoming presence
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Support Sales and Service teams with general administrative and communication tasks
  • Manage front desk operations and ensure the reception area is consistently clean and presentable
  • Assist with appointment confirmations, messaging, and basic customer follow‑ups
  • Coordinate incoming mail, courier packages, and internal distribution
  • Provide general information to clients and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments
  • Support customer lounge experience as needed
  • Ensure all guest interactions reflect the Grand Touring standard of service excellence
Qualifications
  • Dealership experience is an asset but not required
  • Experience with CDK and/or One‑Eighty is considered an asset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment
  • Proficient with basic computer systems and Microsoft Office
  • Positive attitude and strong sense of initiative
Schedule
  • Saturdays only (with potential for occasional coverage as needed)
  • Hours based on dealership operations
