Scotiabank is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to become the heart of our Calgary branch. You'll build strong relationships, address customer inquiries, and promote self-service banking options. Your proactive approach will help uncover customer needs and drive sales, all while working in a supportive and innovative team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Foster long-standing customer relationships and trust
• Assist customers with day-to-day transactions
• Identify and fulfill simple sales opportunities
• Promote mobile banking apps for enhanced customer management
• Provide clear explanations of complex banking concepts
Requirements:
• Proven customer service experience in work or community
• Willingness to operate in a friendly, professional manner
• Availability for a flexible work schedule
• Strong technical skills in digital banking
• Comfortable in basic sales situations
