As part of the Front Office team, you will be responsible for delivering courteous service and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Your role involves assisting guests during check-in and checkout, addressing inquiries, and coordinating special requests with efficiency. Flexibility in hours and the ability to perform well during busy periods is crucial to creating a memorable guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist guests warmly at the front desk
• Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes
• Address both phone and personal inquiries effectively
• Oversee the delivery of guest requests and amenities
• Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years in a full-service hotel
• Proven computer skills in Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with Micros OPERA PMS preferred
• Fluency in English required; other languages valued
• Must be at least 19 years old
