As a Personal Banking Associate Trainee, you'll engage with customers to fulfill day-to-day banking needs. Your responsibilities will include guiding clients to tailored solutions, helping them navigate digital trends, and resolving service issues. You'll also ensure operational excellence while supporting front-line staff during cash and non-cash transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage customers in daily banking advice and transactions
• Guide customers to appropriate banking solutions
• Educate clients on mobile and online banking
• Support frontline staff with cash handling and issue resolution
• Recommend process improvements for better customer experiences
Requirements:
• High School diploma and/or 1+ years experience
• IFC certification or equivalent (post-appointment within 6 months)
• Proficiency in MS Office software
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
