Your responsibilities include managing check-ins, answering questions, and providing exemplary customer service throughout each interaction. Understanding fitness offerings is essential to guide Members effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome Members and check them in with a smile

• Efficiently manage calls and Member inquiries

• Help educate Members about gym equipment and services

• Conduct Fit-Fix Starter sessions for newcomers

• Maintain club cleanliness and orderliness

Requirements:

• Must possess CPR-A & AED Certification

• Acquire Smart Tan certification within 3 months

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Customer-focused with sales experience

• Familiarity with fitness industry practices
