As a Client Services Representative, you'll be integral to our team, providing day-to-day support to clients through timely responses via phone or email. Responsibilities span preparing vehicle orders, managing Salesforce cases, and maintaining databases with precision.
Your role enhances client interactions through strategic planning and solution-oriented support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide guidance and solutions to customer inquiries
• Manage and track cases using Salesforce
• Update internal databases for accuracy
• Assist Account Managers with shared client accounts
• Conduct client meetings and evaluate fleet needs
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of customer relations experience
• Knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforce
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Bilingual in English and French preferred
