Drive Thru Customer Service Attendant

Join Lexus of Calgary as a Drive Thru Attendant, focusing on outstanding customer service in an automotive environment. You will greet guests, manage vehicles, and ensure a clean service area.

Reporting to the Service Manager, this full-time role is essential for maintaining a smooth service experience. You'll perform tasks such as vehicle alignment tests and check vehicle readiness for pick-up. Enjoy working independently while being part of a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests at the drive-thru entry

• Express appreciation to guests on departure

• Conduct simple alignment tests on vehicles

• Efficiently organize vehicles in parking lots

• Manage courtesy vehicle check-in/out procedures

Requirements:

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Familiarity with Windows software

• Excellent verbal communication skills

• Legal entitlement to work in Canada
