Join our team as a Front Desk Agent focused on delivering top-notch service at our full-service hotel. Engage with guests, manage their requests, and ensure a seamless experience.
Positioned under the Front Office Manager, this role values two years of hotel experience and familiarity with Micros OPERA. Strong computer skills in Microsoft Suite are required, and fluency in English is essential. Multilingual candidates may find more opportunities. Flexibility for shift work, including weekends and holidays, is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
• Professionally greet guests and handle inquiries
• Oversee efficient check-in and check-out processes
• Address guest requests and deliver items promptly
• Communicate effectively with team members for service excellence
• Maintain a calm demeanor during busy periods
Requirements:
• 2 years experience in full-service hotels
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Experience with Micros OPERA is desirable
• Must be 19 years or older
• Able to work flexible hours as needed
