In this critical role, you will act as the first point of contact for clients at the BMO Centre. Responsible for ensuring logistics, communication flow between clients and suppliers, and problem resolution, you will contribute to successful event operations. The position is casual and demands flexibility in hours, perfect for those passionate about event management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead fulfillment teams in event preparations
• Manage communications and service requests with clients
• Facilitate conflict resolution for simultaneous events
• Conduct thorough venue inspections pre and post-events
• Maintain operational standards and safety compliance
Requirements:
• Two-year diploma in event management or similar
• Previous experience in event or venue logistics
• Excellent verbal and writing skills
• Familiarity with Momentus and communication tools
• Flexibility to work varying hours through event shifts
