As a part-time Facilitator at Paladin Airport Security Services, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the passenger experience. Your bilingual communication skills in English and French will be vital in guiding travelers through the security screening process. This role requires a dedication to diversity and inclusion, as you support passengers with special needs and interact with checkpoint teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist passengers through the screening process proactively
• Communicate CATSA SOPs effectively in French and English
• Support passengers with special needs respectfully
• Liaise with Screening Officers and Managers for service quality
• Build awareness of diversity and inclusion principles
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year in a customer-facing role
• Fluent in French and English
• Adapt to customer needs effectively
• Knowledge of Accessibility Regulations is an asset
• Must be 18 years or older and have a High School Diploma
