As a Customer Assistance Representative Sr, you will provide direct support to both internal and external customers, meeting their rental needs primarily face-to-face at the Calgary Airport branch.
Your role will involve various customer service tasks, including managing calls, assisting rentals, and troubleshooting customer inquiries. You will gain hands-on experience while ensuring top-notch service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming calls for reservations and inquiries
• Meet and greet customers promptly and courteously
• Assist customers and assess their rental needs effectively
• Process vehicle returns and check-ins efficiently
• Provide thorough vehicle condition assessments after rentals
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year in customer service or sales experience
• Valid Alberta Class 5 drivers license without major violations
• High school diploma or above required
• Must be eligible to work in Canada
• Available Thursday-Monday from 10:00am-6:30pm
