Position: Fan Experience Member at CSEC
Become a key contributor to fan excitement at Calgary Sports and Entertainment Corporation. Engage directly with guests, ensuring exceptional experiences at our events.

In this dynamic role within the Fan Experience and Security Department, you will embody the friendly face of CSEC's venues. Your mission is to create inclusive environments while assisting fans through ticketing, security screenings, and venue navigation. Expect to utilize your excellent communication skills to resolve any concerns and ensure safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for fans

• Manage guest entry efficiently during busy events

• Educate fans on the Fan Code of Conduct

• Collaborate with supervisors to address fan issues

• Communicate with the Event Command and leadership teams

Requirements:

• Strong passion for customer service and hospitality

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy situations

• Comfortable using two-way radios and text communication

• Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors

• Willingness to participate in health and safety initiatives
