Your role focuses on providing excellent customer service in parking management during events.
As Event Staff, you will assist patrons with payment inquiries, handle complex customer interactions, and facilitate smooth parking processes. This role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to maintaining site standards while documenting important information and preparing reports.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with parking payment processes
• Manage challenging customer interactions professionally
• Process parking tickets and collect fees accurately
• Prepare shift reports and deposit cash collections
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards of the site
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous customer service experience necessary
• Basic knowledge of parking equipment and operations
• Strong command of the English language
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Deliver exceptional service and operational efficiency while engaging with customers at Calgary Sports & Entertainment.
