In the role of Customer Experience Specialist, you will manage escalated customer issues and inquiries from a variety of channels, ensuring professional and timely responses. Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate and resolve escalated customer inquiries quickly
• Collaborate with stakeholders on customer-focused projects
• Conduct call reviews and ensure service quality through coaching
• Analyze customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities
• Manage and respond to Direct Energy’s social media interactions
Requirements:
• At least 2 years in a customer service role
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in related fields
• Strong analytical skills for timely business analytics
• Team collaboration with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Experience in complaints management preferred
