Join Accomsure, the leading Canadian Additional Living Expenses Specialist, as a Bilingual Customer Solutions Coordinator. This role requires 1-2 years in customer service, and expert skills in organization, multitasking, and a solution-driven mindset. You'll proactively resolve client inquiries, guide policyholders through temporary housing, and ensure documented accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage claims intake and ensure accurate data entry
• Resolve client inquiries efficiently on our claims line
• Maintain accurate records throughout the claims process
• Assist policyholders with housing journeys and solutions
• Prepare leases and contracts while meeting deadlines
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of customer service experience
• Fluent in English and French with strong communication
• Skilled in organization and problem-solving
• Proficient in MS Office and quick learner
• Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and priorities
