Position: Customer Engagement Representative at UFA
Elevate UFA’s sales strategy as a Customer Engagement Representative, focusing on outbound calls to drive customer retention and uncover new business opportunities. This full-time role emphasizes effective communication and customer insights.

Reporting to the Team Lead, Customer Engagement, you will support targeted call campaigns that align with UFA’s marketing initiatives. Your focus will be on building relationships over the phone, promoting UFA's solutions, and generating qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support targeted call campaigns with UFA’s sales strategy

• Communicate effectively with customers about products and offers

• Engage in enriching conversations to reinforce UFA’s brand

• Uncover new business opportunities through strategic calls

• Generate leads and document customer interactions in CRM

Requirements:

• High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred

• 5+ years in customer service or inside sales roles

• Success in phone-based environments, including cold calling

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

• Self-motivated, tech-savvy, and organized
