With five years of aviation industry experience, your support will include issuing charter quotes, assisting in flight operations, and managing client profiles in our CRM systems. Every flight detail is an opportunity to enhance the client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide consistent service delivery for Charter Sales clients

• Support the Charter Sales Team with quotes and sourcing

• Validate flight operations and assist with client service needs

• Be the main contact for client-related flight issues

• Manage logistical support for charter flights, from catering to transport
Requirements:

• College degree with 5 years of aviation experience

• Strong bilingual communication skills (English and French)

• Proficiency in MS Office and aviation software

• Ability to multitask and troubleshoot effectively

• Additional language skills are beneficial
