• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms
• Provide accurate information about products and services, addressing customer needs effectively
• Assist customers with data entry tasks related to account updates and order processing
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database
• Analyze customer feedback and issues to recommend improvements in service delivery
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues efficiently

• Proven experience in customer service or related roles
• Solid data entry skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions
• Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with professionalism
  
  Strong analysis skills to interpret customer data and feedback effectively
