Your role will ensure a warm welcome for all visitors.
This position at Hyatt Regency Calgary requires a proactive Front Desk Agent skilled in handling diverse guest interactions. Responsibilities include balancing cash, checking in guests, and assisting with inquiries. Utilize your hospitality experience to create a memorable stay for every visitor.
Key Responsibilities:
• Check in and check out guest accounts accurately
• Balance cash floats and complete shift audits
• Address guest concerns and complaints efficiently
• Provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions
• Assist with luggage storage and transportation needs
Requirements:
• Must have previous front desk experience
• Familiarity with OPERA PMS is a plus
• Prior experience in a guest-facing hospitality role
• Multilingual ability (French/Spanish) preferred
• Authorized to work in Canada
