In the position of Memberships Coordinator, you will report to the Office Manager and play a vital role in integrating new members into the community. You will manage multiple responsibilities including documentation, payments, and liaising with external stakeholders like real estate agents and property managers while delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end membership onboarding process
• Communicate onboarding details to new members
• Liaise with stakeholders and handle inquiries professionally
• Monitor onboarding milestones and documentation
• Support front-desk operations and respond to inquiries
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience in customer service or membership services preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in office software and databases
• Ability to manage priorities under pressure
