Join DCCHail Calgary as a full-time Customer Service Representative, where administrative support and customer care go hand in hand. This position is focused on delivering excellent communication and organizational skills.
We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to manage both customer inquiries and administrative tasks at DCCHail Calgary. Your responsibilities will include assisting clients with their insurance claims, conducting outbound calls, and providing crucial office support to maintain our organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee data entry and document proofreading
• Respond to incoming communications and inquiries
• Support overall administrative functions effectively
• Assist customers with appointment scheduling and inquiries
• Update internal systems with detailed notes
Requirements:
• Background in Business Administration or related fields
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service roles
• Exceptional communication skills both verbally and in writing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive data
