About the Role  We are looking for a detail-driven professional to support customer service, account setup, contracts, and inside sales.
This role is a key part of our office operations and requires someone confident on the phone, robust in written communication, and highly accurate with administrative and contract details. You will work closely with remote branch locations and managers, so clear communication and follow-through are essential.
As our business grows, this role will support a broad range of operational and administrative activities, making adaptability and problem‑solving important.

Key Responsibilities   Handle inbound phone calls and emails professionally
Set up and maintain customer accounts, contracts, pricing, and service details
Process service changes, additions, and cancellations accurately
Prepare quotes, service agreements, and internal documentation
Support inside sales through follow-ups, coordination, and account support
Maintain accurate account notes, records, and documentation
Answer billing, contract, and service-related questions clearly and confidently
Use Excel for structured tracking, verification, and basic reporting
Communicate effectively with remote branch teams and managers
Coordinate with operations, sales, and leadership across locations
Provide general administrative and operational support as required
What We’re Looking For   2+ years experience in customer service, office administration, or inside sales
Strong phone presence and professional written communication
High attention to detail and follow-through
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word), with Excel used regularly for tracking, verification, and reporting
Ability to work effectively with remote teams and leadership
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment
Confident explaining policies, pricing, and service agreements
