Salary and Benefits

Fixed-Term Contract until April 2027. Base salary $22.50 – $28.33 CAD, with opportunities for growth and development. Job Description

The Customer Experience Associate is responsible for handling financial transactions and delivering excellent customer service. The role requires accurate processing, customer needs assessment, and solution recommendation.

In This Role, You Will
  • Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments following operating procedures and regulations.
  • Understand and determine customer needs to recommend tailored banking solutions.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non-standard issues when necessary.
  • Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting products and completing processes swiftly and accurately.
  • Build a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by supporting team effectiveness and personal performance development.
  • Maintain respectful and professional interactions with coworkers and keep the team informed on activity status.
  • Deliver quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements for excellence.
Job Requirements
  • High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent considered an asset.
  • Strong administrative, organizational, planning, and time‑management skills for a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet usage.
  • Initiative, accuracy, and attention to detail while managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written, in a calm, courteous, and effective manner.
