Position: Reservation Specialist for RV Rentals
Join Cana Dream as a Reservation & Guest Support Specialist in Calgary. Transform the guest experience by assisting with RV rentals through professional service in both English and French.

In this seasonal position, you'll support guests for Cana Dream, El Monte RV, and Road Bear RV, guiding them in choosing the right RV for their adventure. Responsibilities include managing reservations, providing on-road assistance, and proactively resolving inquiries while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist guests using the approved brand languages

• Create and send accurate rental quotes

• Handle payments and confirm reservations

• Provide on-road support for guests as needed

• Manage concerns and process refunds appropriately

Requirements:

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Fluency in French and English required

• Ability to multitask in a busy environment

• Prior experience in tourism or hospitality an asset

• Must hold a valid driver’s license
