In this vital role, you will be the primary post-sale contact for customer accounts, ensuring successful software adoption and usage. Excellent communication skills and data analysis abilities are essential to identify growth opportunities and address customer concerns, particularly focusing on renewals and upselling within your portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary contact post-sale for assigned customer accounts
• Monitor performance metrics and mitigate churn risks
• Drive renewal processes for SaaS contracts effectively
• Conduct structured business reviews for Enterprise accounts
• Deliver product education to enhance user proficiency
Requirements:
• 1–3 years in customer success or account management for SMB track
• 3–5+ years experience with enterprise SaaS customers for Enterprise track
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to analyze customer data and identify opportunities
• Willingness to travel in the US and Canada (up to 25%)
