In this position, reporting to the Team Lead, you will leverage your 5+ years of related experience to engage with customers effectively. You will conduct call campaigns, support UFA’s brand, and utilize CRM systems to document interactions and leads. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute call campaigns in line with UFA’s objectives
• Communicate knowledgeably about UFA's products and services
• Enhance customer retention and solidify UFA’s brand value
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM
• Report on progress with leads and call activities
Requirements:
• High school diploma; business education is an asset
• 5+ years in customer service or inside sales
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a phone-based environment
• Comfortable with CRM tools and organization
Utilize your customer service experience to help UFA strengthen its community ties and ensure client satisfaction.
