As a vital part of the Operations Centre at BGIS, this role requires providing front-line support for building maintenance and operations. You will handle inbound requests, initiate work orders, and ensure timely service resolutions. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are essential in this high-energy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound service requests via phone, email, and web
• Create and dispatch work orders for service completion
• Assign priority levels for timely responses
• Communicate with clients, technicians, and service providers
• Maintain confidentiality of client information
Requirements:
• High school diploma plus relevant technical course
• Up to one year of customer service experience
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Available for rotating shifts and overtime
