Join Veseris as a Customer Order Coordinator to provide exceptional support in managing customer accounts and orders. Focus on accuracy and communication across various channels.
In this role, you will act as the primary contact for customers, coordinating closely with internal teams to facilitate seamless order fulfillment. At Veseris, we value strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, ensuring you manage customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately process customer orders through multiple channels
• Serve as the main customer liaison for order updates
• Maintain documentation for customer accounts
• Support coordination with Operations and Sales teams
• Handle freight claims and manage exceptions effectively
Requirements:
• High school diploma necessary; related education preferred
• 1-3 years experience in customer service or order processing
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous
