As part of our Calgary Airport team, you'll enhance customer satisfaction by assisting with rental returns and addressing client inquiries. Your responsibilities will include inspecting vehicles and managing essential details of each return, presenting you as a key contributor to our valued service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate customer rental returns efficiently

• Address and resolve service-related issues

• Inspect returned vehicles and note necessary details

• Advise customers on rental charges and issue receipts

• Support team in organizing the vehicle lot

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 18 years

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Must hold a valid Alberta Class 5 driver’s license

• 1+ years experience in customer service

• Authorized to work in Canada
