As a Field Support Representative at Ricoh, you will coordinate daily operations in the Managed Services area, supporting various tasks from mail handling to print production. Your responsibilities span gathering monthly reports, maintaining procedural accuracy, and assisting supervisors with process improvements. You will engage with clients and ensure smooth operations across your designated geographic territory.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate Site Procedure Guides and logs
• Compile data for monthly management reports
• Order supplies like paper and toner
• Assist in training new employees
• Provide courier services for mail and copy deliveries
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or mail room
• Proficient with office equipment and Microsoft Office 365
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
