This full-time position focuses on seamless tour operations and guest support in a fast-paced tourism environment. You’ll manage guest interactions via multiple channels, track tour schedules, and coordinate logistical adjustments quickly. Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve guest issues quickly via phone, email, and SMS
• Monitor and coordinate live tours using Fare Harbor
• Communicate updates to guests and guides efficiently
• Document processes to enhance operational playbooks
• Assist in saving bookings and managing tour requests
Requirements:
• Prior experience in customer service or tour coordination
• Strong multitasking skills in high-pressure situations
• Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and communication tools
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
