Become a Product Coordinator at Accomsure, where you will help policyholders find temporary accommodations. Your skills in negotiation and customer service will ensure clients receive outstanding support during insurance claims.
This role at Accomsure requires proactive engagement with property management vendors and customers affected by insurance claims. As a Product Coordinator, you will negotiate lease terms, manage reservations, and make sure all practices comply with legal guidelines. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer experiences throughout the accommodation process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate reservations and manage supplier partnerships
• Negotiate terms to optimize client accommodations
• Maintain compliance with legal standards and policies
• Resolve issues and manage client-tenant conflicts
• Document all transactions accurately for billing
Requirements:
• 1-2 years in property management or hospitality
• Must speak English and Quebecois French fluently
• Familiarity with CRM and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to mediate conflicts and serve customers
• Detail-oriented in preparing agreements and contracts
