You will play a vital role in supporting distribution partners, coordinating client onboarding, and training administrators on effective plan management. Key Responsibilities:
• Support implementation of new group benefits business
• Conduct training and onboarding for Advisors and Sponsors
• Deliver impactful presentations for employee enrolment
• Organize workshops for product updates and features
• Respond to and resolve escalated client inquiries
Requirements:
• 2 years in Group Insurance or client service experience
• Post-secondary education in a related field is desirable
• In-depth knowledge of group benefits and insurance products
• Valid driver’s license required
• Understanding of provincial health and disability plans
