Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and guests

• Respond promptly to resident inquiries via various communication channels

• Investigate and professionally resolve resident issues

• Maintain records of interactions and prepare trend reports

• Organize and execute resident engagement initiatives

Requirements:

• High school diploma; post-secondary education is a plus

• Minimum two years in customer service or property management
