Avetta is on the lookout for a Supplier Success Professional fluent in both Spanish and English to provide top-notch support to suppliers. Working in a hybrid environment (Tues-Thu in office), you will assist suppliers with inquiries, ensure compliance, and facilitate a seamless onboarding experience. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve complex supplier inquiries and compliance issues
• Verify regulatory documents like insurance and safety manuals
• Accurately log interactions in Salesforce Service Cloud
• Support billing and subscription inquiries for customers
Requirements:
• Experience in customer service or call centers preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with PC apps and CRM systems
• Attention to detail and adaptability
• Fluency in both Spanish and English required
