Provide exceptional customer service as a Service Specialist with Canada Life in Calgary, Alberta. Engage with clients and advisors while managing benefits plans and facilitating educational sessions.
As a Service Specialist, you'll play a vital role in the Canada Life Workplace Benefits & Retirement team. This position requires expertise in Group Life and Health benefits, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to solve problems independently. You will regularly meet with clients to discuss product updates and ensure administrative efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Group Life and Health benefits plans for clients
• Conduct employee educational sessions on benefits
• Review and interpret contracts for clients and advisors
• Liaise with head office on client-related issues
• Assist clients in benefit plan administration
Requirements:
• Experience with Group Life and Health products preferred
• Strong customer service skills and problem-solving ability
• Post-secondary education or relevant experience
• Valid driver’s license and transportation required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
