Become a vital part of the Nostalgia Townlet as a Concierge with Jayman BUILT, shaping its brand and culture. This role focuses on providing outstanding customer service in a vibrant community setting.
In the Concierge position, you will directly support the Director of Sales and Customer Experience. Your responsibilities will include offering tailored service, assisting in scheduling, and managing administrative tasks essential to the sales operations. Your background in communication and a polished demeanor will be key to delivering a memorable impression.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver courteous and professional service to all guests
• Coordinate appointments and tours for prospective buyers
• Manage initial client registrations and inquiries efficiently
• Provide administrative support to enhance team effectiveness
• Exhibit a tidy and professional appearance at all times
Requirements:
• Exceptional customer service philosophy and skills
• Availability for flexible scheduling, including weekends
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and CRM systems
• Capability to adapt to changing priorities with ease
