Position: Event Parking Staff Sports
Support event patrons as Event Staff at Calgary Sports & Entertainment in a part-time capacity. Your main role will involve assisting with parking operations and enhancing customer satisfaction during events.

As a vital team member, you will interact with attendees, resolve payment inquiries, and oversee parking procedures efficiently. Your focus on delivering top-notch service and maintaining operational standards will contribute to the overall success of events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate parking payment processes for guests

• Address and resolve customer concerns effectively

• Collect parking fees and process tickets accurately

• Prepare and submit shift reports including cash deposits

• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the parking areas

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Strong customer service skills are essential

• Basic operational knowledge of parking equipment

• Proficient communication in English is a must

• Ability to handle various job tasks concurrently
