Join GS as a Client Services Representative and be the voice of our clients. Enhance client experiences through effective communication and benefit administration support.
This role at GS requires an experienced professional with a strong background in benefits administration, specifically a minimum of five years in the industry. You’ll engage with plan advisors and administrators, coming up with innovative solutions and ensuring a seamless client experience. The focus is on relationship building, problem-solving, and effective presentation of GS’s services at client meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise with internal teams to support clients
• Answer questions and troubleshoot issues for plan advisors
• Educate on GS processes and online tools
• Participate in client meetings and relationship-building events
• Run reports effectively using Advantage
Requirements:
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience required
• Post-secondary education is essential
• Understanding of claims processes and benefit issues
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Valid driver's license is a must
