Join Accommodations Plus International as a Customer Support Specialist dedicated to airline partnerships. In this full-time role, you’ll handle reservations and provide outstanding service to clients.
Located at our Calgary office, your primary goal will be to process requests from our airline partner efficiently. You will uphold high standards of client relations, ensuring prompt and accurate service while resolving issues. A flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays, is vital to meet operational demands.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate communication between API and airline partners
• Process and assess all incoming client requests
• Follow up on transactions to ensure total client satisfaction
• Negotiate with hotels and transport vendors when necessary
• Handle unexpected operational changes effectively
Requirements:
• Customer service experience preferred
• Knowledge of airline reservations systems is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and writing capabilities
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Experience in the travel industry beneficial
