This permanent position requires a keen leader dedicated to delivering superior service on the exclusive Fairmont Gold floor. You will ensure all operations meet Fairmont's standards while managing guest profiles to blow them away with personalized touches.
Your role includes reviewing reservations and collaborating with the Front Office team to enhance revenue through effective upselling.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide warm, engaging service to guests
• Maintain and ensure Fairmont Gold operational standards
• Anticipate guest requests through reservation reviews
• Partner with the Front Office to boost revenues
• Address and resolve guest issues swiftly
Requirements:
• Guest service experience is essential
• Property Management Systems experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications
• Pro Serve certification necessary for alcohol service
• Legal authorization to work in Canada required
