Your role will be vital in supporting payment processing solutions for clients and internal teams.
In this full-time position, you will manage the setup and training of payment systems, including Point of Sale terminals and Express Pay. Your affinity for technology and customer service will empower you to address and resolve issues swiftly, ensuring seamless transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with troubleshooting payment issues via calls and emails
• Fulfill POS and Express Pay orders efficiently
• Aid dealerships in setting up payment processing machines
• Facilitate training for dealership contacts
• Maintain precise documentation of processes
Requirements:
• Relevant experience in payment processing is a plus
• High School diploma required
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
